I spoke to Chris and he ordered the part and kept me informed as to it would be in. Part was in before we had to leave. Christopher and his team not only did a great job replacing the shower pan, but they also fixed what the manufacturer screwed up. Something that eventually caused the issue I had. An oversized hole, underneath the shower pan. This cause limited to no support. It was not an easy job, and after the part arrived, they came to my location and had the repair completed in four hours. Since I am currently living in the RV, it was a huge convenience for me. Christopher even contacted the warranty company and got the claim moving along for me. You will need to pay in advance and be reimbursed what the insurance decides to send, but don't worry. This team will show up and complete the job. I had manufacturer warranty work done by a facility across the border in GA when I received the RV. I was less than pleased. If needed, I will use Travel Tech again. Thank you, Christopher, and the rest of your team. A Class B is a tough rig to work on and they jumped right in, found and fixed the problem. Thank you so much for the care and consideration. Second experience was an awning replacement. On time and ready when we agreed. They went above and beyond diagnosing and fixing internal problems. We arrived in NC from MN and started having issues with a propane leak. They were able to come the same day I called. Found out our gas line had kinks that had cracked over the years. They had it fixed in no time, as well as a fuse on our fridge. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Travel Tech if you need help with your RV!! Back in May 2024 on our first night at a KOA campground in Blue Ridge, Ga our camper awning collapse. We were unable to repair it on our own. The campground office gave me The Travel Tech card and when I called they were awesome - polite and professional and reassuring. She said that Chris and his partner would be over within 2 hours.
