Let me just say there is no mobile RV repairman! We certainly couldn't get a hold of him! Paid for two nights staying here, sent messages (text & voice) and couldn't even get somebody to return our phone call regarding repairs! This is nothing more than a pull off on the side of the highway - nobody there if you need anything and nobody to even return a call. Big dogs running without leashes and nobody picking up their poop! Horrible.

What a blessing that we happened to be driving right by them when we needed help most! They got our jack repaired quickly and even let us hook up to their AC and water while the work was being done, which took so much stress off an already tense situation. Their team was professional, kind, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Thanks to them, we were able to get back on the road and make it safely to our final destination. Honestly, they felt like a gift from heaven that day. If you're ever in need of RV repair in the area, do yourself a favor and call them. Wonderful people doing wonderful work!

If I could rate them more stars I would. I had an emergency rv repair with my leveling jacks. I was driving past their place I saw their sign and pulled in. It’s a very unique set up(in a good way) Kimberly offered me a site to use at their camp ground to be comfortable until the repair technician could get to our repair. She is extremely attentive, always answered the phone, communicative and comforting. Chris is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled rv technician who after working all day on previously scheduled appointments worked on my rv in the rain!! He is not at all surface-level in his rv repair knowledge. He was able to offer solutions, make repairs and get us moving to our next destination. They also tried to give me the site for free for the day. They are just really good people, extremely altruistic and that was so appreciated in a time of need. Their road side camp ground is convenient in Murphy NC, with full hookups, 50/30 amp power, gravel, a nice picnic area, campus and scenic views.

Chris came to my place and fixed my slide outs on my fifth wheel trailer that I just purchased and worked with Alliance so it was covered in warranty. Chris also fixed my blinds that were not working right and connected a filter system to my ice maker. Chris worked on my stuff like it was his own.
